The Complex is a live music venue in Downtown Salt Lake City. Established in 2010, The Complex has hosted some of the biggest acts in the world from all music genres like Billie Eilish, Billy Idol, Slayer, Travis Scott and Vampire Weekend to name a few. At The Complex, there are 5 separate venues able to produce live music events; indoor venues: Rockwell, The Grand, Veritgo and Papa Wolf’s and outdoor venue: The Lot.

General Rules

No weapons of any kind. No outside food or beverage. No drugs or drug paraphernalia. No professional photography / videography without a Media Pass, point and click cameras are okay (Subject to change). No bags bigger than a purse. No markers or pens. All patrons are subject to search. Patrons who are clearly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will not be admitted. There is no re- entry once admitted into an event.

All ticket sales are final and are non-refundable (as per the Terms of Service you agree to when purchasing your ticket)

Accessibility

All venues at The Complex as well as bathrooms, concession counter, and merchandise areas are ADA accessible. The Lot and Rockwell have dedicated sections (with chairs available) for those with ADA needs. No special tickets are needed, just speak to our House Staff at the entrance to that section. Space is limited. We ask that anyone with a temporary condition yield this section to those with ADA needs.

If you have a specific medical need, please check in with our House Staff upon arrival.

ADA parking spaces are available inside the main gates on a first-come, first-served basis. A visible accessible placard is required. Please check with our House Staff at the gate for availability.

First Aid

Licensed EMTs are present at every event. Their office is located at the entrance to Rockwell just beyond the main lobby. If you have any medical needs or emergencies, please present yourself to any member of our House Staff and they can direct you to an EMT.

Parking

Public parking is available at The Gateway, 1 block east of The Complex in the South and North parking garages. (Please note that the North garage isn't available for hourly parking on event nights at Vivint) Discounted all day parking vouchers can be purchased at The Complex concessions counter during any event for $6. ($1 off if you’re a Complex Crew Pass holder)

Unsecure street parking is available along 100 S. and 600 W. Please be cautious as there are areas of the street clearly marked as no parking zones; the city will ticket and/or tow your car if parked illegally. DO NOT leave valuables in your car. The Complex is not responsible for anything that happens to your car while parked on the street.

Trax

The Complex is one to two blocks away from 3 Trax stations: Salt Lake Central, Old Greek Town & Planetarium.

Box Office

The Complex does not sell tickets to upcoming events at the Box Office. To purchase tickets in-person in advance, head to any Graywhale Store (www.graywhaleslc.com). The Box Office does open the day of an event, once doors to that event open (if the event is not sold out) and only for that event. Tickets for upcoming events cannot be purchased on the night of a show.

Types of Payment Accepted

Cash, Visa, Mastcard, American Express. ATM available.

Will Call

Will Call tickets can be picked up at The Box Office the night of the concert or event, once doors to that event are open. Photo ID is required to pick up Will Call tickets and must match the Will Call name. Please contact the ticketing company you purchased your tickets from, well in advance if you need to change the name on your order

Print at Home or Mobile Tickets from Showclix

Bring your Print at Home ticket or show your Mobile ticket on your phone at the main entrance to gain entry. Your ticket will be scanned in at the door. Print at Home tickets can be shown on your phone if you don't have a printer. Please have the brightness on your phone turned all the way up to ensure scanability. If your phone dies or your Print at Home ticket is damaged, The Complex can look you up with your valid ID.

Buying Tickets From a Third Party

Tickets should not be purchased from a third party website that aren’t listed on our website. The Complex can’t authenticate tickets purchased from a third-party vendor. Tickets should only be purchased from the websites and outlets listed on each event page. *This doesn’t include VIP or Meet & Greet tickets sold by a band directly or by their fan club. The Complex is not responsible for any issues arising from tickets purchased from a third-party.

Age Limits

Age limits vary for every event. Please check the event page to see what the age limit is for the show you're coming to.

Lost and Found

If an item is turned into The Complex or found by The Complex staff, it will be placed in on our lost and found. Please call 801-528-9197. Items are discarded after 2 weeks. Confiscated IDs are destroyed immediately.

Seating

The Complex is a STANDING ROOM only venue. Seated events are very rare. Please plan to stand for the duration of the time you are at an event at The Complex.

Coat Check

The Coat Check is available at concessions. $2 per item.

Meet & Greet / Tour VIP Packages

Tour VIP Packages and Meet & Greet typically happen 1 to 2 hours before the show. You will receive an email from the tour with information and directions.

Smoking / E-Cigarettes

In accordance with the Utah Clean Air Act, there is no smoking or vaping indoors. Please use the outdoor smoking patios to smoke or vape.
